No Pets in Cabin Rentals 

Reservation Information 

Check In Time 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. 
Check Out Time 9 a.m. 
No early arrivals or late departures unless prearranged.
Please bring the following for your cabin stay:
Bathroom - Towels & Soaps
Kitchen - Towels
Charcoal
  • Weekly rentals:  Saturday - Saturday 
  • Shorter stays:  2 night minimum

​Deposits

  • Half your cabin stay is required

​Cancellation Policy

  • In case of emergency and you have to cancel, your reservation deposit (less $25.00 for handling) is refundable if a new reservation is received at the current seasonal rate for the full vacancy.
  • "No Shows" & Cancellations will be responsible for their entire reservation and will be charged to the valid credit card given for the initial deposit. Call for details on re-booking another stay within the same calendar year to avoid this charge.
  • We do not accept cancellations due to weather for any reason.
  • No refunds for early departures - You are responsible for full payment of all rentals upon arrival.

​Charge for Damage

A credit card is required and will remain on file until your cabin/boat is inspected. Charges will be assessed against your credit card for:
  • Damages to the cabin 
  • Missing items
  • Extensive cleaning - No Smoking in Cabins
  • Damage done to boats & accessories.
